Crispy Potato Snacks Written Recipe With Directions

Ingredients For Crispy Potato Snacks:

-Potatoes (aloo) 750 g (peel off potatoes)
-Onion (piyaz) 1
-Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
-Oregano 1 tsp
-Black pepper 1 tsp
-Salt (namak) 1 tsp
-Turmeric (haldi) powder 1/2 tsp
-Red chilli (Lal mirch) powder 1/4 tsp
-Corn floor 4 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying

Ingredients For Sauce:

-All-purpose flour (maida) 1 tbs
-Butter (makhan) 2 tbs
-Milk (dhoodh) 1 cup
-Mozzarella cheese
-Salt (namak) 1 pinch
-Black pepper (Kali mirch) powder 1/4 tsp

Directions:

-In a bowl, add water and grated potatoes and onion.Then, strain the water.
-In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it.
-Add potatoes and onion and cook it for 5-6 mins on medium-low flame. Bring it out to a bowl and let it cool.
-Add oregano, black pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and corn flour. Mix well.
-Make snacks of any shape.
-In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it. Deep fry snacks for 8 mins on medium-low flame.
-Dish out and serve with sauce. Enjoy!
-For sauce, in a pan, add all-purpose flour and butter. Cook well.
-Add milk and cook it for 4 mins on medium-low flame while continuously stirring the spoon.
-Add mozerella cheese and melt it on low flame. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix well. Sauce is ready!
