Discover the Rota 3 Onshore Gas Pipeline, Petrobras’ project and the first EPC contract delivered by Concremat. Over two years, Concremat was responsible for the construction and electromechanical assembly of the onshore section of the pipeline, delivering a highly complex infrastructure project with technical excellence, innovation and safety.

Executed between 2018 and 2020, in partnership with Encalso Construções, the project spans 48 km, connecting the Santos Basin pre-salt fields to the Gaslub Complex in Rio de Janeiro. The project increases Brazil’s gas transportation capacity by approximately 17.8 million cubic meters per day.

The EPC scope included engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and valve stations. Innovative solutions such as automated welding systems, drones, RTK technology, QR code tracking and real-time monitoring were applied.
