Here's the ingredients list
1. 3 bananas
2. Mixed seed (hemp, chia, flaxseeds, pine nuts, etc)
3. Flaxseeds (ground)
4. 1 kiwi
5. 1 apple
6. Raisins
7. strawberries
8. Mixed nuts (pecans, walnuts, peanuts)
9. Black grapes
10. Red grapes
11. Dates
12. Cinnamon powder

You can add/swap any of the fruits above for your favourite ones.
