Faslane Peace Camp is a permanent peace camp based outside of Faslane Naval Base, the home of the UK's nuclear arsenal. The camp has its roots in the anti-establishment counterculture movements of the 60s, 70s and 80s and its members have been campaigning for nuclear disarmament, among other issues, for over forty years. We travelled there and heard tales of nuclear armageddon, capitalist exploitation, the horrors of war and unsecured solar panels.
