Cidco Lottery: सिडकोच्या घरांच्या किंमती न परवडणाऱ्या, घरांना नवी मुंबईकरांची नापसंती?

The prices of 26000 houses of My Favorite CIDCO's Ghar Yojana have been announced.. For EWS i.e. Economically Weaker Section Group the house prices have been fixed from 25 to 48 lakhs. So, house prices for LIG group range from 34 lakhs to 97 lakhs. CIDCO has made 26 thousand houses available for sale. Interestingly, the deadline for registration of applications was extended three times..but as house prices were kept in the bouquet, many people were in a wait and watch role..for applicants in EWS group i.e. those whose annual financial income is up to six lakhs. House prices for that group have been kept from 25 lakhs to 48 lakhs. ..while for low income group the financial annual income is more than six lakhs.. in this group house prices are kept from 40 lakhs to 97 lakhs. Vashi, Bamandongri, Kharkopar, Kharghar, Taloja, Mansarovar, Khandeshwar, Panvel and Kalamboli nodes in Navi Mumbai have been made available.
