Hamburger stew is very similar to picadillo, the only difference is the rich broth!
In addition to the ground beef, we also add a variety of fresh vegetables and spices.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 - 2 Lbs of Lean Ground Beef
Salt & Pepper
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1 Large White Onion (Divided)
2-3 NM Chile Pods or Chile Guajillo
4 Roma Tomatoes
2-3 Tbsp Beef or chicken Bouillon
1 Tbsp Mexican Oregano
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Corriander Seeds
4-5 Cups of Water (Divided)
2 Medium Russet or Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 Cup Diced Carrots
1 Cup Diced Celery
1 Diced Zuchinni
1 Cup Fresh or Canned Corn

Makes 6-8 Hearty Servings
