Luckily, the rain held off till it came to the end of my portion of the parade. You can hear the loud claps of thunder in the background at the end of the parade. So luckily, I got to see this instead of being canceled due to inclement weather. The Canton Repository Grand Parade was ended early at 10:10 a.m. due to thunder and the threat of rain and bad weather. Rain hadn't fallen in downtown Canton when the parade was cut short. However, the parade started at 8 a.m., and most of it occurred uninterrupted according to the website this morning ⛈️
