Chicken Tikka Biriyani

Chicken Marinade:
500g Chicken Thigh or Chicken Breast
1 tbsp Yogurt
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tbsp Tomato Puree
2 tbsp Mustard oil / If you do not have mustard oil use vegetable oil
1 tsp Mustard Paste
1 tbsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Kashmiri chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Massala
1 tsp Curry Powder

Grill the Chicken as instructed on the video.

Base Gravy:
4 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chilli powder
2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Massala Powder
1 tbsp Tomato Puree
2 Onion
2 Tomato
FOLLOW THE STEPS FROM VIDEO TO GET THE PERFECT BASE GRAVY

The Biriyani Rice and Chicken Dish
Wash and soak 2 cups rice 30 mins beforehand
4 tbsp Oil & 1 tbsp Ghee
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Bau Leaf - Tez Pata
4 Cardimon
4 Clove
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Heaped tsp Garlic Paste
1 Heaped tsp Ginger Paste
2 Diced Onion
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 Tsp Garam Massala Powder
1/4 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Tomato Puree
Add Chicken Tikka
Add Rice to boiling water - Refer to video for perfect rice
Add Boiled Rice as instructed on video
Garnish with coriander and ghee

Biriyani Sauce / Vegetable Curry
Boil Vegetable until Soft 7-10
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Kasoori Dried Methi Leaf
1 tsp Tomato Puree
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Powder
1/4 Tsp Garam Massala Powder
Add Boiled Vegetables
2 Cups Base Gravy
Garnish with Coriander
