Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night - Shafted trophy Richter playthrough the easy way PS4

YOU NEED A CLEAR SAVE FILE IN YOUR FILE LOG IN ORDER TO PLAY AS RICHTER, THEN SIMPLY START A NEW FILE AND CALL YOURSELF 'RICHTER'.

Just follow the route in the vid, one or 2 segments are difficult due to having to avoid countless enemies and uppercut at the same time, but this IS the simplest path. I collect as many nearby LIFE MAX UPS as possible as well as spam hydro storm to keep the difficulty to a minimum.

When ascending the large staircase, MAKE SURE you are ready to uppercut over the spiked ball that rolls down near the top!

Save regularly and master the uppercut (Down, Up, Jump) as you will need this to traverse...A LOT! To run, press forward twice and hold, slide is Down + Jump.

Collect the Holy Water sub-weapon as soon as you can, you can find it near the first blue door, just west of the Gaibon & Slogra arena. With this you can cast the hydro smash with Triangle, just use this to destroy any enemies (consumes 15 hearts). At certain points throughout the route, I stop and farm hearts for a few moments in order to support the hydro storm spamming. The hearts don't take long to farm when done in the right locations.

Collect ONLY LIFE MAX UPs along the way, these improve your total health slightly. The 3rd life max up you encounter in the lower secret room, crouch and hold ATK, then move the whip down to destroy the breakable floor block. I also deter very slightly to collect a few life max ups not on the route, these are mainly a few bosses that die in seconds to the hydro smash, NO RISK!

HEART MAX UPS do not increase your total hearts, they just give you 30 hearts.

Some players have reported the trophy not popping at the end, just be sure to save nearby and repeat until it pops, seems to be a glitch with no clear cause.
