Devil May Cry 5 (DMC5) has 70 Collectible Locations (32 Blue Orb Fragments, 8 Purple Orb Fragments, 12 Secret Missions, 7 Weapons, 6 Blue Orbs, 5 Purple Orbs).

Finding all of them is require for the following trophies & achievements:

Secrets Exposed - Clear all secret missions
Physical Perfection - Upgrade your vitality gauge to max (find all blue orbs)
The Devil's Own - Upgrade your Devil Trigger Gauge to max (find all purple orbs)
Be the Legend - Acquire all of Dante's skills (the weapons are required to unlock the skills tied to them)

Nothing is missable! You can get these via mission select at any time. This guide shows everything in chronological story order.
Every 4 orb fragments form a full orb which is needed to upgrade health (blue) and devil trigger (purple). Secret Missions are little challenges. Weapons are exclusive to Dante.
