Michael Smith's Sriracha and Orange Glazed Brussels Sprouts | Chef School

Chef Michael Smith shares his pan-roasting method for making crispy, beautifully charred and flavourful Brussels sprouts. He finishes his favourite vegetable (he absolutely loves them!) with a sweet and spicy glaze made with orange and everyone's favourite hot sauce, Sriracha. This side dish is a deliciously easy accompaniment for any roast and would be welcome at any holiday gathering.
