Taliban appear to give video tour from US prison known as Afghanistan’s Guantanamo Bay

Описание к видео Taliban appear to give video tour from US prison known as Afghanistan’s Guantanamo Bay

It was once one of the most secret and secure prisons in the world, likened to Guantanamo as a place for holding America's Taliban and al-Qaeda foes during its war against terrorism.

The Taliban have now thrown open the gates of Bagram prison north of Kabul and filmed video of former prisoners giving tours of calles and wire pens where they were kept.

The video clips shared on Taliban propaganda accounts give one of the most complete glimpses yet of a facility which was considered key to American operations in the country, but which was criticised for human rights abuses.

Videos showed Taliban members giving a walking tour of the cells and galleries which once held what America considered to be some of its most dangerous militant adversaries.
