When we offer women the opportunity to operate in arenas without men, we are setting ourselves at a disadvantage. We are not trying to solve the problem. We are merely fighting the symptoms. Rather than emulate men, women should use their own unique gifts and talents like nurture, compassion, empathy. Olivia is a senior Entrepreneurship major at Millikin University. She loves helping people identify their life purpose and relentlessly pursue their dreams. Olivia is an aspiring speaker, author, and founder of a holistic wellness center.
