This is how to solve a REJECT error on a new smart energy meter model Smart meter technology with an Inbuilt CIU while loading the token credit.
SOLUTION
To receive the updated codes, contact KPLC customer care or the KPLC staff member who brought the energy meter/s to the site for integration. Upon purchasing the token, you will receive update codes. You`re required to input them accordingly, starting with the Reset code, update code, and the Electricity token. Input the commissioning codes if you haven't and your meter will be commissioned successfully.
