Here's another Nanquan educational series starring He Qiang with a random Changquan kid as his student. Many Nanquan fans will recognise the first part of He Qiang's self-created form as being the same as the first part of Yang Shi Wen's competition routine. Anyway, what I personally found most useful was the explanation of the techniques and their purpose. Even if modern Wushu no longer involves battle, it is still important to know what the moves you are doing were once used for. Otherwise, the modern Wushu practitioner will merely be waving his hands around. Part 1 of 10. Enjoy.
