✨Ingredients

Chicken Stock

•2tbsp Butter
•1tbsp Garlic paste
•450g boneless Chicken (breast)
(You can also take with bones)
•1tsp Black pepper (crushed)
•1tsp Salt or to taste
•8-10 glasses of Water
•Spring Onion (white parts)
•1 small size Onion and Carrot
(You can also add more veggies if you like)
•1 Bouillon Cubes
•Fresh Coriander

Soup

•1/2cup Corn (frozen)
•1/2cup Carrots
•1cup Cabbage (shredded)
•2 Green Chilies (chopped)
•1/2 tsp Chinese salt
•1tbsp Chili sauce
•1tbsp Oyster sauce
•2tbsp Vinegar
•1tbsp Soysauce
•1tbsp brown Sugar
•1/2tsp White pepper powder
•1/2cup Red & Green Capsicum
•3 Egg whites
•4tbsp Cornflour (about 10-12tablespoons)
•Green onions
•boiled eggs & crushed Black pepper
