Teriyaki Stir Fry - Best Restaurant Teriyaki Sauce Recipe - Food Crazed

This homemade teriyaki sauce is straight up delicious! It's restaurant quality teriyaki sauce! The stir-fry recipe can be quick to put together especially when using left-over chicken or beef from a previous meal. Best rule of thumb for the amount of veggies needed is 1 cup of raw veggies per child, or 2-3 cups of raw veggies per adult. I know you'll love this recipe! Enjoy!

Teriyaki Stir-Fry (makes 6-8 servings)

Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients:
-1 cup water (8oz)(236g)
-1/4 cup soy sauce (60g)
-5 tablespoons brown sugar (68.8g)
-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (.88g)
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (.82g)
-2 tablespoons cornstarch (15g)

Stir-Fry Ingredients:
-2 tablespoons coconut oil or olive oil (27.3g)
-1/2 large onion, chunked
-3 carrots, sliced
-3 celery, sliced
-2 peppers, chunked (any color)
-1 head of broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
-1 pint of sliced mushrooms
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-fresh ginger, about an inch, peeled & grated
-2 cups of precooked sliced chicken or beef
-dash of salt and pepper
Optional Stir-Fry Ingredients:
-zucchini, squash, snap peas, water chestnuts, cashews or peanuts

Server with warm white rice, or brown rice, or jasmine rice, or even quinoa!
