Step 1) Allow the game exe to your antivirus program or windows security or disable controlled folder access while playing the game
Step 2) Change DIRECTX_SELECT = 1 or vice versa
Step 3) Disable in game overlay in Origin or Steam and also close other overlay applications
Step 4) Set the settings to default in FIFA 22 Launcher

Step 7) Disable video recording and highlights in NVIDIA GeForce Experience and AMD Radeon Settings
Step 8) Try Launching FIFA 22 in Windowed or Windowed borderless mode. Select the right resolution as per Windows Display
Step 9) Disable full screen optimization
Step 10) Run the game as an administrator
Step 11) Laptop users with dual graphics card run FIFA 22 on dedicated graphics card
Step 12) Update Windows 10
Step 13) Perform clean boot, Close all the overclocking apps, also close all the apps running in the background.
Step 14) Disable the Game Bar
Step 15) Repair the game in Origin or Steam
Step 16) Uninstall and reinstall FIFA 22
Step 17) Install the game to SSD if available
