Ingredients:
1 cup potato
3/4 cup carrot
1/4 cup green peas
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup beans
*I used carrot,beans,potatoes, cauliflower and peas(3 cups in total)
1/2 cup cheese + 2 tbsp
For the white sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
salt to taste
