After assembling my Char-Griller Gravity 980, I realized that the box did not contain instructions for how to perform a burn in and seasoning. Luckily, a quick Google search revealed that Char-Griller does have official instructions for this process on their website, so I decided to make a video for everyone else to follow as well!

Update: A savvy viewer pointed out that the mobile app timer can actually be set to 24 hours by spinning the dial twice!
