Ford Econoline Sway Bar and Bushing OverHaul | How to Replace all Bushings E-250, E-350 Vans

A video on how to remove the front Sway bar on my 1996 Ford E-350 van. My Sway bar and bushings were in bad shape and needed to be fixed. Along with the sway bar hold-down bushings, I also replaced the sway bar insert bushings on the Front I beams. These ones were the hardest to replace but I share some tips on how to easily do it. It sure is nice having the front end feel nice and tight again and the sway bar isn't smacking the front spring. I hope this video was helpful and thanks for watching!

My Sway bar is 25.4mm (yours may be different so be sure to measure)
