The Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs announces measures in support of human rights defenders in danger, and Albin Kurti, Prime Minister of Kosovo announces measures in support of human rights defenders in danger at Global Citizen Festival in New York City's Central Park on Sept. 23, 2023.
