Since we are doing a show at the nexus of policy and pizza, it was inevitable we would have to make a trip up to New York City, a place so many influential policy thinkers call home and a mecca for pizza lovers. This week, we hooked up with Daniel Di Martino, founder of the Dissident Project, to chat about the rise in socialism in the US and what he is doing to fight back. He also gave us the basics of the economics of immigration: how high-skilled immigration is a win for the United States and what bureaucratic barriers stand in the way of supercharging our legal immigration system to catapult the nation into even greater heights of prosperity.
