they're back! Even if a lot less relevant.

While it's not 2013 and these haven't aged too well, they still make for an incredibly fun engine to experiment with.
The Rulers powerful revival effects and the added utility from the in hand or banish effects turn this into a very grindy deck that you basically just have to decide which way you'll take it.

Rank 7 toolbox? Tomahawk Combos? or maybe with some Rose Dragons for Synchro access like I did.
