Brief Psychodynamic Therapy: A Relational Approach | Insight & Inspiration Yorkville University

This seminar will illustrate how one relational psychodynamic model is utilized in brief therapy. The model, the Core Conflictual Relationship Theme (CCRT) method was developed by the distinguished researcher and clinician, Dr. Lester Luborsky. The model looks at the relationship patterns of the client to help determine a core maladaptive style that contributes to the client's symptoms and repetitive relationship difficulties.
