Bruma Tulum is a residential complex consisting of four villas nestled in the jungle of Tulum, Mexico. Designed with a focus on privacy and harmony with nature, each villa features its own garden and pool, with two villas spanning two floors and the other two on a single level. The architecture is inward-facing, ensuring comfort and privacy while embracing the surrounding natural environment. Sustainability is at the core of the project, with passive bioclimatic techniques, eco-technologies, and the preservation of 50% of the original trees. The use of local materials and traditional techniques further enhances the integration of the villas with the Yucatan landscape. The construction is efficient and straightforward, emphasizing a balance between modern living and environmental preservation.
