Ski/Snowboard - How to Choose the Right Size for Your Helmet - Sports

Learn how to choose the right size for your ski or snowboard helmet with this video provided by Wed'ze!

First, measure your head circumference with a measuring tape. Each helmet size corresponds to a range:
M: 51-55 cm
L: 56-59 cm
XL: 60-64 cm

Do not choose a helmet that is too small because you will not be able to put it on correctly and it will be uncomfortable.
Do not choose a helmet that is too big either because it will tend to move and rotate around your head and may even interfere with your vision.

A perfectly-sized helmet should move slightly on the sides and front but remain firmly in place.

Adjust the strap under your neck leaving a gap of one centimeter. Do the same for the strap on the side.
