Measuring the adhesive force of a pot magnet - supermagnete

The adhesive force of neodymium pot magnets is being identified with our self-developed adhesive force measuring machine.

1) We attach the magnet to the 2 cm thick steel plate on the adhesive force measuring machine.
2) We connect the hook on the machine with the hook of the magnet.
3) We use the car jack that is mounted on the side to pull until the magnet separates from the plate. The integrated digital scale stops when the maximum adhesive force was reached.

Haftkraftmessung eines Topfmagneten

Die Haftkraft von Neodym-Topfmagneten wird mit unserer selbst entwickelten Haftkraftmessmaschine bestimmt.

1) Wir bringen einen Topfmagneten am 2 cm dicken Stahlblech unten an der Haftkraftmessmaschine an.
2) Wir verbinden den Haken der Maschine mit dem Haken des Topfmagneten.
3) Wir üben mit dem seitlich montierten Wagenheber solange Zug aus, bis der Magnet vom Blech abgelöst wird. Die integrierte digitale Waage bleibt stehen, wenn der Höchstwert an Haftkraft erreicht wurde.
