Such talents serve her commitment to sustainable and healthy eating, from the individual to community level, from birth to adulthood. Research director at the Centre for Taste and Feeding Behaviour (CSGA) at INRAE's Burgundy-Franche-Comté centre, Sophie is the winner of the 2022 INRAE Scientific Breakthrough Award.
