1. Gather Components: 10S BMS, battery pack, wires, soldering tools, multimeter.


2. Connect Balance Wires: Attach balance leads (B- to first cell, B2 to second, etc.).


3. Connect Power Wires: Attach P+ to the pack’s positive terminal and P- to the negative terminal.


4. Connect Charging/Discharging Wires: Hook up charger and load wires to the BMS.


5. Secure Connections: Solder and insulate with heat shrink tubing.


6. Test: Verify cell voltages and proper BMS functioning.


7. Enclose: Protect the pack in an enclosure.
