Afan Forest MTB 'black rated' W2 trail... in 12 mins

Afan Forest trails 'Big Ride' route - takes in 'Y Wall' (the Wall) and 'Whites Line' trails ('Red' they grade at) joined with a liking section past the windfarm on top of the saddle between the 2 valleys to make a Black graded route - I assume Physically speaking, not gnar wise.
Includes the Whites Level Option 'Black' loop, and 'Corker', and optional loop in Y Wall.
This is a 12 min series of clips from the named trails on both routes.
Hard work in the 34c heat in Aug 2022!
I started at Bryn Bettws, by the Afan Bike Park, rather than either of the 2 'official' starts at the 2 visitor centres - because thats where I was staying!
They say 4-7hrs... but my 'take it sensibly' ride time in the heat was 3.5hrs riding time (though 5hrs with lunch, iced-coffee, and photo stops etc!).
Cafes at both visitor centres are very welcome!
