In this video, I dive into somatic exercises to help heal self-sabotaging behaviors often experienced by individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community. It's important to recognize that traditional mindset work alone may not be sufficient in tackling issues such as perfectionism, procrastination, people-pleasing, and overthinking. These behaviors often run deep within our nervous system, requiring a holistic approach for true healing.

In my practice, I integrate hypnotherapy, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help folks from over the world release blocks so they can show up as their authentic selves. I'd love to work with you. :)
