Tsutaya Bookstore (蔦屋書店), the famous Japanese bookstore, is recognized as the greatest and most beautiful bookstore in the world. There are about 1400 Tsutaya Bookstores in the world.

Xi’an Tsutaya Bookstore, located at Maike Center, Gaoxin district, was opened on March 27th, 2021. This is the third bookstore Tsutaya has opened in China, the other two locations are in Hangzhou and Shanghai.

Although there are about 2391 bookstores in Xi'an, the Innovative design of the Tsutaya Bookstore make it stand out from the rest. There are tens of thousands of books and stylish cultural and creative products make Tsutaya Bookstore especially popular in Xi'an. The Japanese bookstore brand has attracted many local residents, and shows innovation can make a bookstore like an art museum with its aesthetics.

On the 1st floor, there is the theme “Trend & Solution”. You can not only get the latest information and trends, but also the history and the current status of China and the heart of the world, Xi'an. There is a cafeteria, which offers coffee and small snacks.
