de: Vor Jahren habe ich mir nach den Plänen von Matthias Wandel eine 16" Bandsäge gebaut. Die funktioniert gut und reciht auch für mich aus. Nun habe ich von meinem Bruder eine Bandsäge aus der DDR-Zeit geschenkt bekommen die ich in diesen zwei (hoffentlich nur zwei) Videoteilen restaurieren und etwas modernisieren möchte. Wenn Dich das interessiert, dann bleib dabei.

en: Years ago I built myself a 16" band saw according to Matthias Wandel's plans. It works well and is also sufficient for me. Now I got a band saw from the GDR era as a gift from my brother which I want to restore and modernize a bit in these two (hopefully only two) video parts. If this interests you, then stick with it.
