Value Stream Map & Material and Information Flow Chart

There are several different Kaizen sheets that are used in a similar way. I’ll talk about Value Stream Map and Material and Information Flow Chart this time. Both Value Stream Map and Material and Information Flow Chart are tools for Kaizen activities to clarify the problems of the flow of things and information.
Each one has unique characteristics of usage, so please learn those and use them for your Kaizen activities. Kaizen points will be clear by drawing Actual site, Actual thing and Actual facts in those Sheets. Please draw the ideal state and use it for Kaizen planning.
