They claim the defendants’ dog knocked over one of the plaintiffs and also caused the plaintiffs’ dog to get stitches and spend three days in the hospital. They’re suing for the balance of a vet bill. The defendants say they paid for most of the bill, but their neighbor let the dog out, so the neighbor should pay the balance.
