Notes:
There is no loot in this chapter, so I didn't bother opening most of the drawers/closets
Throwing the lightning and grenades at Combine is actually harder than it looks, my controllers didn't really do a great job of tracking my hand movements, which is why I opted for the "Iron Man hand cannon" approach

Trivia:
The chapter title is a reference to HL2's first chapter, "Point Insertion"
Voicelines throughout the game from various characters (Russell, Eli, Brain-damaged vort) can be heard during this chapter, just like in HL1 just before Gordon takes the final portal to Nihilanth
The ruins of the parking garage from where Alyx was beamed up can be seen at 0:15, which indicates that Alyx is actually upside down relative to the ground
The citizens encountered in this chapter, such as at 1:39, seem to be frozen in different points of time, as they are dressed in the classic HL2 citizen garb
The structure that houses the G-man at 2:23 greatly resembles a virus
This might be a reach but I always thought the kitchen sequence at 5:14 is a homage to the film Poltergeist (1982)
The ability of the Gravity Gloves to become supercharged and capable of throwing Vortigaunt lightning is a neat callback to HL2's final chapters where the Gravity Gun also became supercharged (10:06)
The HEV Suit Charger sound from previous games can be heard at 13:30
It becomes very clear at 13:47 that the individual in the prison is not Gordon Freeman
The machinery at 13:53 channels Vortigaunt energy into the prison to contain the G-man. In HL2:EP1, it was shown that Vortigaunts were the only ones capable of interfering with G-man
A dead Combine Advisor can be seen outside the prison at 14:03. It is unknown how it was killed
The G-man is once again voiced by Micheal Shapiro, who has done every single G-man sequence since HL1
G-man answers Alyx's inquiry as to who he is with "Perhaps what I am" as opposed to "who I am" (15:30)
The location at 15:44 is unknown, it does not really resemble Xen
The G-man seems to "split" into several different duplicates of himself at 15:51, referencing his ability to travel across time
The ending of Half-Life 2: Episode 2 is shown at 16:53. Half-Life: Alyx essentially retcons this ending through G-man's manipulation
Small sections of HL2: EP2s ending song, "Dark Interval", plays at 16:53
The first time an Advisor is directly killed by the player at 17:46
At 17:58, Eli looks confused after being rescued not only because he literally came back from the dead, but also because Alyx has disappeared at that point in time
At 18:24, G-man states that Gordon has been "unable, or unwilling" to perform to G-man's expectations. This is a reference to the start of HL2:EP1, where the Vortigaunts freed Gordon from the G-man's control. However, it might also indicate that the "bad" ending of HL1 was canon, as Gordon actively refuses G-man's offer in that ending
The animation of Gordon picking up his glasses at 18:35 is actually truncated. A full animation exists in the game files of him waking up after getting knocked down by the Advisor and getting up before donning his glasses
If one is to view Gordon's model in the game files, it can be seen that his HEV suit has sustained major damage throughout his journey
The signature HEV suit voice is heard at 21:30
The title of the game fades away so that the "y" fades last, revealing that it is an inverted lambda symbol
The hangar bay from the end of HL2:EP2 is seen at 21:47, fully realized in Source 2
At 21:49, Eli exclaims "Son of a bitch and his 'unforeseen consequences'", which is both a reference to HL1's third chapter title and a reference to the words that G-man told Alyx to pass on to him in HL2:EP2
The return of Dog at 21:55
The sound of a Combine Energy Ball can be heard as Dog holds Gordon's crowbar (22:03)
The first and only G-man appearance outside of the ending at 22:13. Interestingly, also the first time he appears in this fashion without a suitcase in hand, and shown to visibly fade away after walking away
