The Tie Defender was one of Thrawn's most influential contributions to the imperial armada, creating a fighter that could really turn the tide of war in the empire's favour. Today we take a look into the infamous Tie Defender and its history from it's inception, all the way to it's failure to integrate into the starfighter corp and how what caused that.
