1st you need a wagon like I have in the video, there not to hard to find, then once you have the wagon and ready to cross into New Austin, Go to where I show you on the map. Then go to settings and then in to the camera part and turn off "Camera Follow Level" this will left you move the camera around manually in New Austin so the sniper doesnt hit Arthur.

This way you can get the dinosaur bones and the few plants for Herbalist Rank 9 But caution, doing this is a bit tricky getting in and out of the wagon, you got to put the camera in the right spot so the sniper doesnt hit you getting in or out of the wagon. it took me a bit of trial and error to get it right and I still have trouble doing it. All I can say is, take your time and dont rush it, be careful. plus many ppl say you will not run in to the Pinkerton's in New Austin, most of the time you wont, but there is the rare occasion that you may run into one, but that depends how many chase you getting into New Austin as well.

If you only have one encounter like I did in this video, you wont run into none of them in New Austin. but if you die in New Austin a few times and keep going back, the chances of you running in to them raises. I found that out the hard way. its probably after the 4th or 5th death and how they spawn up near Blackwater. it all depends on that is you run into them in New Austin
