Welcome back to Naval Gazing at Camp David!

This week, we’re embarking on an exciting journey to South Africa to explore the future of yachting with the incredible new Voyage 510 catamaran. I’m your host, David Orton, and today, we’ll dive deep into the specifications, pricing, and layout of this marvel of engineering, comparing it with three similar new vessels.

We’ll also ask, “What would Sylvia say?” as we take a full tour, uncovering innovations that make life aboard easier, and look at the used market for 3–5-year-old comparables. Finally, we’ll give it a “Dave Score” and see how it stacks up against our previously reviewed yachts.

From high above Vancouver, we head southwest, circling the globe to the eastern shores of Australia and the home of last week’s yacht, the spectacular CURE 55. Then, we travel further west to the southern tip of Africa, to the esteemed yards of Voyage Yachts in Cape Town.
