2017 Ford Police Interceptor Utility PIU Center Console Shifter hole filler Install Replacement part

In this video, i will show how I installed a 3D printed gear shifter pocket replacement. Most Police Interceptors do not come with center consoles, so when replacing it, the gear shifter is missing(PIU gear shifter is by steering wheel). This 3D printed cup fits nicely, after some work. I am also selling the 3D printed pockets for anyone who can't print it themselves.

**Warning** Given the recent record temperatures throughout the country(US), I must add that the 3D Printed shifter pocket is not meant to withstand heat above 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
If following directions from the video, do not tighten zip ties too much. Zip tie is meant to make sure IF the glue fails, it will keep the pocket in place. If you tighten zip tie too much, when interior of vehicle reaches above 140 degrees, the pocket will start to compress.
We are working to fix this issue with different printing products and will updates this warning as we test.
