Home Loan Insurance is important

If a loan customer buys a Life Insurance policy and dies during the term of the policy the outstanding Loan amount can be settled out of the insurance claim. It's not mandatory but advisable to buy a term life insurance policy with a sum assured equivalent to the loan outstanding and a term equivalent to the tenure of the loan.
