What is this video about?
In this video, a community of families, authors, and literacy advocates discuss their literacy journey. The Metro East Literacy Project (MELP) gives families a bag of 25 books with titles for adults and children. These quarterly virtual salons allow guests to share their experiences with reading and encourage one another.

Salons are held quarterly via Zoom on the third Wednesday, at 6 p.m.
