I want to share with you a wonderful, healthy and very tasty recipe for "Meat Balls" It's very tasty!💯

Ingredients:
(for 30 meatballs 2 cm high)

500g ground beef (I like 250g pork + 250g ground beef. You can use whichever ground you like.)
250 grams of potatoes
80 grams of onion (you can red onion or white)
15 grams of garlic
20g parsley
35 grams of crackers
1 gram of salt
1 gram black pepper
2 eggs
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vegetable oil (grease the meatballs before baking)

Sauce:
150-180 grams of sour cream +2 grams of parsley
Bake 25-30 minutes (top/bottom) at 200°
