Want to see the Acropolis for free? It is possible! Athens is one of our favorite cities and a big reason is because it is much more affordable than people think. We see the entire city for free and make some food stops along the way. Atlantikos is a hidden seafood restaurant where mostly the locals enjoy. We then stopped at Brettos to enjoy Ouzo, a truly unique drink only found in Greece. The day ends the only way a full day in Athens should by watching the sunset on top of Lycabettus Hill.
