Although Adam Agee has been a long-time friend of the Newsboys and has been touring with them as a solo artist for the past several years, the call to join the iconic band was still a huge surprise. Prior to joining the Newsboys, Agee was a founding member of the pop-punk group Stellar Kart and joined Audio Adrenaline in 2014. He released his debut solo album in 2022 and is also the co-writer of the hit song "Promised Land"
