Keynote speaker: Peggy Flanagan, Minnesota’s 50th Lieutenant Governor. Flanagan is a member of the White Earth Band of Ojibwe and currently the country’s highest ranking Native woman elected to executive office. She earned her bachelor’s degree in American Indian studies and child psychology from the University of Minnesota.

The graduate ceremony will include master’s and doctoral degree students from the College of Continuing and Professional Studies, College of Design, College of Education and Human Development, College of Liberal Arts, Carlson School of Management, and the College of Science and Engineering.
