এ বছর পবিত্র হজ পালনে সৌদি আরবের নাগরিক ও দেশটিতে বসবাসরত প্রবাসীদের জন্য বেশকিছু শর্ত ও নির্দেশনা জারি করেছে সৌদি হজ ও ওমরাহ্ মন্ত্রণালয়। যারা একবারও হজ পালন করেন নি, শুধুমাত্র তাদের রেজিস্ট্রেশন প্রাধান্য পাবে এবার। এছাড়া পবিত্র হজের জন্য রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হলে সৌদি ন্যাশনাল কার্ড অথবা প্রবাসীদের রেসিডেন্সি কার্ডের মেয়াদ জিলহজ মাসের ১০ তারিখ পর্যন্ত থাকা বাধ্যতামূলক করা হয়েছে।
