A 25-year-old Pakistani-origin man, Luqmaan Khan, has been arrested in the United States after authorities recovered a vehicle filled with firearms, ammunition, body armour, and a handwritten notebook containing alleged premeditated attack plans. According to the US Department of Justice, Khan—a student at the University of Delaware—was detained on November 24 after police found multiple loaded Glock magazines, an armoured ballistic plate, and detailed notes describing weapons, attack techniques, and ways to evade law enforcement.

The FBI later raided Khan’s Wilmington residence, reportedly recovering an AR-style rifle with a red-dot sight, a fully automatic Glock pistol, several extended magazines, hollow-point bullets, and a bulletproof vest.
