In this video, I do my best to explain the differences between some 'specialty nib' types. I cover italic and oblique nibs, as well as music and calligraphy nibs. Note that, although the example I give of a calligraphy nib is a type of italic, there are also oblique calligraphy nibs (the majority of modern dip nibs are obliques). I don't cover flex nibs: they are specialty nibs too, but I've already uploaded a couple of Noodler's flex vids in which I discuss these nibs, All of this is confusing stuff, so I hope this clears up some potential mysteries for new fountain pen users!
